Frequently Asked Service & Parts Questions

At Sarchione Ford Inc. we know it's important to keep your vehicle in tip-top shape. We also know there may be some service or parts questions that come up, regarding when you should do perform a type of service. That said, we want to help put you at ease and answer these frequently asked questions for you. WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE & PART CENTER HOURS?

They are both open 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 7:00am-3:00pm on Saturday.

WHAT DOES A ROUTINE FORD MAINTENANCE INCLUDE?

Your regular scheduled maintenance includes a fluid check and checks the engine's health and performance level.

WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY FORD IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE?

For 2007 and older model years, you should bring your Ford in every 5,000 miles or every six months, whichever comes first. For 2008 and newer model-year vehicles, Ford suggests every 7,500 miles or every six months, whichever comes first. Of course, if you're driving in dusty conditions or driving off-road frequently, you should bring it in sooner.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY TIRES REALIGNED, ROTATED, OR REPLACED?

You should check your tires alignment annually at least. Tires should be rotated every 6,000-8,000 miles to ensure they're in good condition. When it comes to replacing your tires, that depends on your driving conditions. If you're not sure, bring your vehicle down to our service center. It is advised to replace tires before the ten-year mark.

WHAT IS THE FORD PROTECT EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN?

The Ford Protect Extended Service Plan offers many plans and deductible options to protect you from unexpected vehicle repair costs when your New Vehicle Limited Warranty has reached its expiration.


I CAN PURCHASE PARTS CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHY SHOULD I BUY THEM FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP?
