WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE & PART CENTER HOURS?

Both our service and parts centers are open from 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 7:00am-3:00pm on Saturday.

WHAT IS THE FORD PROTECT EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN?

The Ford Protect Extended Service Plan offers many plans and deductible options to protect you from unforeseen vehicle repair costs when your New Vehicle Limited Warranty is over.

CAN’T I JUST BUY FORD PARTS CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE? WHY SHOULD I BUY THEM FROM SARCHIONE FORD?

If you choose to purchase parts from our dealership, there’s no second guessing if you’re buying Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Some aftermarket parts are sold without a warranty, which won’t be good down the road.

WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PART I NEED IN STOCK?

Don’t worry, this happens from time to time! We can order it for you. You can choose to pick it up at our dealership, or we can mail it straight to your door.
